Assist in the administration of a comprehensive Club Sport program, including direct supervision of Club Sport Teams. Advise clubs on practice schedules, travel schedules, equipment inventory and acquisition, university policy, risk management, leadership development and fund raising. Oversee all club business accounts and assist with club purchasing functions. Supervise department van fleet; assist with Intramural Sports functions and administration of leagues, tournaments and special programs as needed including summer children's camp. Assist in the training of intramural officials and student office staff. Develop new workshops, club and intramural activities.



Required Skills

B.A./B.S. in Sport Management, Recreation, Sports Administration, Business Administration or related field. One to three years work experience in programming and planning recreational/athletic activities including supervision. General knowledge of sports and sports officiating, excellent written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
