Exercise Science is the study of human movement and how physical activity impacts the body. The mission of the Exercise Science major and minor is to promote physical activity and exercise as a way to achieve and maintain health, physical fitness, and quality of life.
Students graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science are prepared for entry-level positions such as:
- Exercise/fitness specialist
- Group fitness instructor
- Personal trainer
- Corporate fitness coordinator
- Health club team member
- Strength and conditioning coach in high school, college, and professional sports
About Concordia University Saint Paul
Concordia University Ann Arbor (CUAA) is a private, liberal arts university in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
